Beautiful Birth

In silence
your heart
hears a song
your mother
In pitches of
green pastures and
blue mountains.
Droplets of
pink and gold
your name.
She says,
I love you,
I’m with you,
I’m so happy
you came.

Lovely verse Tara and great tie to the image. Thanks for sharing!

    • Thank-you Mike. Inspired from a mother’s love that always lives, even after they pass from this world to the next. They love their children, and are with them, thankful for their birth.

  2. Seb says:

You keep the simple truths sacred here and it makes for some deeply moving work.

    • Seb, really thank-you. I’m sure simple truths lie in all of us. I’m moved everyday, by artists and writers that help me search within.. trying to find my way, sharing and listening. Your compliment is great.

  3. I found your verse thought provoking. As you hear your mother in silence, you hear the love and the beckoning…..

What are your thoughts in the moment?
